他院で鼻整形を受けたものの、もう少し自然に、顔全体に馴染む鼻にしたいというご希望でした。
修正手術では、単純に鼻を高くしたり、鼻先を細くしたりするのではなく、
鼻筋から鼻先、鼻柱、そして口元までのつながりを見ながら、全体のバランスを整えています。
鼻先は細くしすぎず、自然な丸みを残す。
横顔には、やりすぎない立体感を。
正面では鼻柱の位置を整え、口元まで含めて自然に見えるように。
肋軟骨を使用した他院修正鼻形成手術。
軟骨採取部の傷跡にも配慮しています。

This patient had previously undergone rhinoplasty but wanted a more natural result that would blend better with her overall facial features.
In revision rhinoplasty, the goal is not simply to make the nose higher or the tip narrower.
I evaluate the entire balance—from the nasal dorsum and tip to the columella and its relationship with the lips.
The tip was refined while preserving its natural softness and roundness.
The profile was given subtle, natural projection, and the position of the columella was adjusted to improve the overall balance of the nose and mouth.
Revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage.
Six months postoperative.
