鼻先の位置や鼻の穴の見え方、カーブや鼻筋の自然さまで一つひとつ見直し、自家組織のみを用いて再建しました。
Revision rhinoplasty for a contracted nose after previous surgery.
Our goal was to restore a natural nasal appearance by correcting the deformity caused by postoperative contracture.
Every detail was carefully refined—from tip position and nostril shape to the natural contour of the nasal dorsum—using autologous tissue only.
修正鼻形成では、術直後の見た目だけでは結果は分かりません。
変形や歪みの改善は、腫れが引いた半年以降でなければ正しく判断できません。術後数ヶ月以内の写真だけで判断せず、中長期経過を確認することが重要です。
今回は術後半年の経過をご紹介します。
The outcome of revision rhinoplasty cannot be judged immediately after surgery.
Improvement of residual deformity and asymmetry cannot be accurately assessed until postoperative swelling has resolved, typically around 6 months or later. Rather than relying on early postoperative photographs, long-term follow-up is essential.
